E' un vino monovitigno ottenuto dalla vinificazione dell'uva Pelara molto rara e pregiata. Ha un colore rosa antico e un profumo fine, intenso, leggermente aromatico con sentori di vaniglia, pepe e negritella. Sapore asciutto appena pepato. Ottimo come aperitivo. E' insuperabile con il pesce, i crostacei ed i frutti di mare. Va servito abbastanza fresco.

It' s a red wine produced from 100% Pelara grapes which are very rare and valuable. Tasting notes: Colour: is like vin rosé On the nose: fine, intense, a bit of aromatic essence with hints of pepper, vanilla and mountain flowers On the palate: dry with hints of pepper Very good like aperitif. Wonderful with fish, especially crayfish, lobster and edible mussels. Serving quite cool.
